Adult CPR & First Aid

About Adult CPR & First Aid training

During the training in Adult CPR and First Aid, you learn to save lives, prevent further damage and enable recovery and reduce pain and suffering. The training is designed in accordance with the Swedish CPR Council's guidelines and standardized training programs.

Our instructors are trained by the CPR Council

Duration: 4 hours.
Maximum number of participants: 15 participants.
Price: SEK 995 ex VAT per person.

Course content

• How to identify commonly occurring life-threatening injuries and illnesses.
• How to call 112 and give a clear description of the incident and the number of people in need of help.
• How to give CPR and use a defibrillator.
• How to give first aid based on L-ABCDE until the ambulance/rescue services arrive

Certificate and follow-up

After completion of the course, a competence card is obtained.

Anyone who wants to learn Adult CPR and First Aid.

Basic requirements for participation

Participants are recommended to complete the Adult CPR and First Aid online training before the course.
