About Adult CPR training
During the training you will learn how to do perform CPR on an adult, how to use a defibrillator effectively and measures in case of respiratory arrest. The training mainly consists of practical training.
Duration: 3 hours.
Maximum number of participants: 15 participants.

Course content
- How to identify a cardiac arrest
- How to call 112, as well as being aware of the support role of the emergency operator
- How to perform good quality CPR and how to use a defibrillator safely and effectively
- How to give back blows and abdominal pressure in case of respiratory arrest
- Gain the knowledge required to be motivated to start CPR in the event of a cardiac arrest.
Certificate and follow-up
After completion of the course, a competence card is obtained.
