This policy was created by and for Kranpunkten's processing of personal data. Data that can be attributed to a natural person is personal data, regardless of the form or interface the data is in.
Who is responsible for your personal data?

What personal data do we process?
Kranpunkten processes the personal data provided to us. It can be name, e-mail address, address, phone number, date of birth and/or other information that is necessary to be able to fulfill commitments.
Purpose of the treatment
Kranpunkten processes personal data for various purposes. Mainly to fulfill our commitments to you, to offer well-functioning services and provide good service. When establishing a contract, we perform a credit check to assess your creditworthiness.
Your data is also processed for customer and supplier surveys and to convey information to you about Kranpunkten, our products and our services.

Kranpunkten collects personal data from you, for example, when you rent machines or attend a training course with us. We also collect personal data from you as a supplier and from you as an employee in order to fulfill our commitments.
