The UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) provide a shared blueprint for creating a more sustainable, equitable, and inclusive world by 2030. We take active responsibility for our impact on society and the environment by integrating the SDGs into our business operations.
Based on our business activities, value chain, and stakeholder expectations, we have identified the goals where we have the greatest opportunity to make a positive impact. Through clear business objectives, measurable indicators, and continuous monitoring, we work systematically to contribute to long-term sustainable development.
Below, we present the Sustainable Development Goals that are particularly relevant to our business. On the following pages, we explain how we put these goals into practice through long-term strategies and concrete actions.
Målet innebär att verksamheter ska bidra till att främja hälsa och förebygga ohälsa genom sitt arbetsmiljöarbete, sina affärsbeslut och sin påverkan på samhället. Det omfattar att säkerställa en trygg och säker arbetsmiljö, förebygga arbetsrelaterade skador och sjukdomar samt arbeta systematiskt med både fysisk och psykisk hälsa.
Målet innebär att verksamheter ska bedrivas på ett sätt som främjar hållbar ekonomisk tillväxt samtidigt som grundläggande arbetsrättsliga principer och mänskliga rättigheter respekteras. Det omfattar rättvisa anställningsvillkor, skäliga löner, rimliga arbetstider, möjligheter till kompetensutveckling och lika möjligheter oavsett kön, bakgrund eller andra individuella förutsättningar.
Målet innebär att verksamheter systematiskt ska arbeta för att minska sin klimatpåverkan genom att reducera utsläpp av växthusgaser, effektivisera energianvändning och integrera klimataspekter i strategiska beslut. Det omfattar även att identifiera och hantera klimatrelaterade risker samt att följa upp och rapportera klimatmål på ett transparent och strukturerat sätt.

Maintaining an open and constructive dialogue with our stakeholders is essential to understanding expectations, identifying priorities, and creating long-term value.
