The global goals.

The UN Sustainable Development Goals.

The UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) provide a shared blueprint for creating a more sustainable, equitable, and inclusive world by 2030. We take active responsibility for our impact on society and the environment by integrating the SDGs into our business operations.

Based on our business activities, value chain, and stakeholder expectations, we have identified the goals where we have the greatest opportunity to make a positive impact. Through clear business objectives, measurable indicators, and continuous monitoring, we work systematically to contribute to long-term sustainable development.

Our Priority Sustainability Goals.

Below, we present the Sustainable Development Goals that are particularly relevant to our business. On the following pages, we explain how we put these goals into practice through long-term strategies and concrete actions.

Good Health and Well-being

The goal means that businesses should contribute to promoting good health and preventing ill health through their occupational health and safety practices, business decisions and broader impact on society. This includes providing a safe and secure working environment, preventing work-related injuries and illnesses, and taking a systematic approach to both physical and mental well-being.

Decent Work and Economic Growth

The goal is to ensure that businesses operate in a way that promotes sustainable economic growth while respecting fundamental labour rights and human rights. This includes providing fair employment conditions, fair wages, reasonable working hours, opportunities for skills development, and equal opportunities regardless of gender, background or other individual circumstances.

Climate Action

The goal is for businesses to work systematically to reduce their climate impact by lowering greenhouse gas emissions, improving energy efficiency and integrating climate considerations into strategic decision-making. It also includes identifying and managing climate-related risks, as well as monitoring and reporting climate targets in a transparent and structured manner.
