Kranpunkten has been commissioned to provide a function pool. The mall construction site involves about 86 000 square meters and comes with its 28,000 square meters of retail to include about 70 stores. Besides trade, the project includes approximately 150 homes and more than 1,100 parking spaces.

Stage one is expected to be completed November 2013. And stage two to Autumn 2014.
