Kranpunkten Delivers Construction Hoists to One of Stockholm’s Largest Housing Cooperatives
With its 746 apartments spread across seven buildings, HSB Brf Pampas, located on Infanterigatan in Solna, is one of the largest housing cooperatives in Stockholm. The buildings were constructed in 1962 and have undergone several exterior renovations over the years. The cooperative is now embarking on an extensive and structural refurbishment.
HSB Brf Pampas is the property owner, and SEHED Tresson is responsible for the construction contract. As part of the project, SEHED Tresson has engaged Kranpunkten for the delivery and installation of construction hoists to be used on site.

The renovation work includes, among other things, replacing the existing façade panels and sheet metal with new fibre cement façade panels. At the same time, the infill walls facing the balconies will be demolished and then rebuilt.
Kranpunkten has provided a temporarily installed construction hoist for the project, enabling safer and more efficient transport of both materials and personnel between floors.
In addition to the façade work, the renovation also includes window replacement, recasting of balconies, asbestos removal, groundworks, and the replacement of all entrances, garage doors, and exterior doors.
