Everything started with the need for a new machinery hall at Ängsgården in Segeltorp, just a few kilometers from Förslöv in Skåne. A lift was rented for the height work. The year was 1989, and the lift became the starting point for the company Kranpunkten.

Since its inception in 1989, with heightened sustainability requirements and specialization in its niche – including lifts, construction hoists, platforms, scaffolding, telehandlers, trucks, and related training – it has built up significant experience, technical competence, and a fleet of over 4,500 units.
