We are very proud of all the projects we are and have been involved in over the years. Kranpunktens role in a project often involves handling several different functions at the customer's workplace. We ensure that the right machine is on site at the right time and we facilitate and coordinate logistics, service and support functions. Our staff acts as the spider in the web with good advice and helpful ideas.

GoCo Health Innovation City
With new attractive environments and well-planned spaces, an innovation cluster in health is emerging. The area that will attract researchers, entrepreneurs and promising talent from all over the world to help us solve future health challenges.

New Hospital area
When the hospital area in Malmö is modernized and developed, conditions are created for the healthcare of the future - safe, high-quality care and a better working environment. Includes several new care buildings, new service building, etc. Everything is linked together with a 150 meter long and 11 meter wide culvert.

Campus Northvolt
Northvolt is expanding strongly in Västerås to meet the demand for batteries. The establishment includes, among other things, offices with a total gross area of 15,500 m2. The buildings are certified according to both LEED and ZeroCO2.

World of Volvo
A new meeting place just south of Liseberg. The project includes a 22,000 m2 main building with an underlying parking garage. The project is run in collaboration with a strong focus on sustainability.

Hyllie terrace
The office building will be an environmentally and health-certified workplace and thus one of Sweden's first climate-neutral office buildings. Pleasant social areas and large terraces provide greenery and new energy. Move-in is estimated for spring 2023.

Westfield Mall of Scandinavia
Westfield Mall of Scandinavia in Arenastaden in Solna offers a unique combination of international and exclusive brands, dining experiences and entertainment. There are over 200 shops and restaurants and 3,700 parking spaces.

Friends Arena
Also called the National Arena. Located in Arenastaden just north of central Stockholm. Sweden's largest indoor arena with room for an audience of up to 65,000 people. Has an openable roof and is prepared for events on all types of surfaces; grass, gravel and ice.

Max IV
A Swedish national laboratory for accelerator physics and research using synchrotron light. It is the world's brightest synchrotron light facility and Lund University is the host university. Completed in 2016.

The platinum
The Nordic region's largest urban development project next to the new Hisingsbron. Platina is a profile building out of the ordinary with a premises of 60,000 m2 spread over 18 floors, covered in glass and green terraces and a central focus on sustainability.

The new courthouse
The 34,000 m2 building houses 40 courtrooms and thus becomes one of Sweden's largest court buildings. The building is certified according to Miljöbyggnad Gold, which places high demands on energy use and indoor environment.
